The Swedish Game Awards (SGA) is an award show lifting the future of game development. It has fuelled young talent with encouragement, confidence, and passion since 2002. SGA aims to bring game developers closer by connecting students and hobbyists to the industry - creating a place for people to connect while celebrating game development.

Swedish Game Awards has been held annually since 2002 and is organized by the non-profit Dataspelsbranschen / Swedish Game Industry Association. This competition is exclusively for students and hobbyists who haven't yet worked in the games industry. Finalists from all over Sweden get invited to the award ceremony and gala dinner to win prizes and be celebrated by industry giants.
